RSS Stage 3 builds upon our already incredibly popular RSS Stage 2 upgrade package with a series of hardware upgrades to seriously push the boundaries of this exciting 1.4 Turbo engine.
Let’s break it down…
- RSS Stage 1 = RSS Custom ECU Remap, approx 160-170 horsepower
- RSS Stage 2 = RSS Custom ECU Remap, RSS 3″ Catless Downpipe, approx 170-180 horsepower (add an intercooler for consistent power from consistently lower charge temperatures)
- RSS Stage 3 = RSS Custom ECU Remap, RSS 3″ Catless Downpipe for K04 Conversion, High-Flow Downpipe Back Exhaust, RSS Forged Engine, RSS K04 Turbo Conversion, RSS K04 Cold Air Intake, High-Flow Injectors, approx 270 horsepower
The RSS Stage 3 kit creates a monumental 270hp and 250lbfts, bettering the Astra H VXR. vs. a Stage 1 vehicle the RSS K04 conversion gains a massive 112HP and 91TQ at 7000RPM! Take a look at the below power graph comparison…
