About IE
Integrated Engineering are based in Salt Lake City, which is in Utah, USA. Started back in 2007 by two brothers David and Peter Blais. Armed with their Mechanical Engineering degree and Marketing degrees they began Integrated Engineering, which is an Audi & Volkswagen high-performance engineering company, specialising in turbo charged and strong, reliable engine builds.
Their original product range consisted of forged connecting rods to use in their race engine builds. This company has since grown to design and manufacture all manner of engine components including connecting rods, pistons, valvetrain, billet accessories, intake manifolds, short and long blocks.
In-House Capabilities
Integrated Engineering have a number of in-house capabilities which set them apart, and keep them ahead of the competities whom typically ghost manufacture parts, or outsource their engineering. This includes engineering knowledge, computer aided design, rapid prototyping, engine dyno, hub dyno and CNC machine shop. Of course, items like intake manifolds are manufactured at a foundry, but are designed at IE and finished on IE’s in-house CNC machines post casting.
