COVID-19 STATUS - OPEN

Coronavirus FAQ

Are you open?

Answer

Yes. In accordance with the Government announcement on 04/01/21, Regal Autosport will remain open as approved under the Government guidance with COVID secure measures in place.

Will I be able to wait with my vehicle?

Answer

No. You will not be able to wait in the reception area as it is closed. The only waiting area we have for customers on Regal property is the forecourt. You are welcome to wait here but will be required to wear a mask and remain socially distanced at all times. If you cannot wear a mask and do not respect social distancing, you will be asked to leave.

What COVID secure measure do you have in place?

Answer

We have adhered to 'Health Safety Executive' and Government guidance in order to keep you and our staff as safe as possible during your visit. For customers, we have a COVID checklist that MUST be completed before visiting us. This allows us to assess the risk of allowing the customer to visit. We ask all customers to sanitise their vehicles upon drop-off (steering wheel, handles, seat) and our technicians also sanitise the same points before they begin working on your vehicle. We repeat this process when the work is complete and parked and ready for your collection. This helps us minimise risk to you, our staff, friends and family

I do not wish to travel to you, can you collect my vehicle?

Answer

Yes. We offer a collection and drop-off service throughout the UK. If you are interested in this, please ask a member of staff for details.

Do you offer a contactless service?

Answer

Yes. Our contactless service includes payment via an online link or by bank transfer. Vehicle handover can take place over the phone or by video call (where applicable). Before collection, we are able to send your invoice via email and leave your keys sanitised inside your vehicle for you to collect with your second set of keys.

Will I lose my deposit if I cannot deliver my vehicle?

Answer

You will not lose your deposit if you rebook your booking.

I have a question which is not covered in this Q&A list, how can I get an answer?
